Research & Analysis: We conducted an internal audit to identify gaps. We also studied the market industry trends to gather insights.
Findings: Scelio's CRM system was outdated and difficult to use, making it hard for agents to keep track of clients and interactions. In addition, Scelio relied heavily on one marketing strategy and failed to diversify.
